EXTRA PERSON AND CHILD POLICY

  • Child upto 5 years will be accommodated on complimentary basis without extra bed
  • Child from 6-12 years will be accommodated with one extra bed per room, subject to a maximum of 2 children, as per extra person rate - for each child
  • Person above 12 years will be accommodated with one extra bed, subject to a maximum of one person, as per extra person rate



CANCELLATION  AND REFUND RULES

  • 30 Days advance notice : Full refund
  • 30 Days – 15 Days advance notice : 50% Refund
  • Less than 15 Days advance notice : No Refund
  • Retention will be levied for all days of confirmed booking in case of No Show
  • Peak Period: No Refund for bookings during Peak Period, irrespective of when the booking is cancelled
